** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.00 per hour*
* ** Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day, 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm with schedule flexibility*

** What's a typical day as a Quality Control Laboratory Associate? You'll be:*
* + Ordering laboratory supplies and maintaining inventory for the laboratory

+ Serving as a liaison between laboratory staff and external vendors

+ Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining laboratory trending data and reports

+ Performing routine laboratory maintenance, testing finished products, raw materials, and drug product components

+ Conducting Water for Injection (WFI) testing and calibrating laboratory instrumentation

+ Assisting with special projects and process improvement initiatives

+ Promoting a safe, harmonious, and compliant work environment

+ Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and company policies

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field from a regionally accredited institution (required)

+ Bring 1-3 years of experience in a quality laboratory environment within pharmaceutical or medical device settings (preferred)

+ Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

+ Possess knowledge of laboratory operations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements

+ Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

+ Exhibit excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy

+ Can manage multiple projects, adapt to changing schedules, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

+ Maintain a positive, professional attitude and collaborate well with coworkers
