Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm with schedule flexibility

- Ordering laboratory supplies and maintaining inventory for the laboratory
- Serving as a liaison between laboratory staff and external vendors
- Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining laboratory trending data and reports
- Performing routine laboratory maintenance, testing finished products, raw materials, and drug product components
- Conducting Water for Injection (WFI) testing and calibrating laboratory instrumentation
- Assisting with special projects and process improvement initiatives
Promoting a safe, harmonious, and compliant work environment - Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and company policies
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field from a regionally accredited institution (required)
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in a quality laboratory environment within pharmaceutical or medical device settings (preferred)
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Possess knowledge of laboratory operations, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy
- Can manage multiple projects, adapt to changing schedules, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and collaborate well with coworkers
