Position Overview
Under limited supervision, the Quality Assurance Tech gathers and compiles build/technical data into a comprehensive deliverables package in accordance with industry and/or customer standards and coordinates with multiple departments to ensure data is complete and accurate.

- Develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity.
- Listen to and understand customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action to exceed expectations.
- Review and verify QC deliverables before presenting to designated customer representatives.
- Interface with supplier quality, receiving, procurement, and additional production departments to obtain and compile all necessary documentation required for the source inspection package.
- Consistently work on complex assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve issues.
- Interface with the TTM quality control team on the input and review of inspection data for items subject to the procurement requirements.
- Perform inspections using various mechanical and electrical measuring devices.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform assigned tasks independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to read and understand PCB drawings.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Detail‑oriented individual.
- Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, or CMM equipment.
- Ability to work both independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
- Ability to accurately perform basic computer tasks.
- Understanding of related inter‑department processes.
- Ability to collect data and update measurements.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written), planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and written tasks professionally and accurately within designated timelines.
- Work in fast‑paced environment and be able to switch between different tasks.
- Ability to handle interruptions to workflow as necessary to accommodate requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1‑2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with in the aerospace industry (AS9100, AS9102, IPC‑6012, IPC‑A‑600) is a plus.
- Previous experience reading and interpreting GD&T requirements on manufacturing drawings helpful.
- PCB experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation range: $45,354 - $71,688. Additional compensation may include an annual or quarterly company bonus, shift premium for alternative shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending and health savings accounts, accident benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation & holidays. Benefits begin the 1st of the month following hire date.

Responsibilities include identifying ITAR products, managing foreign person visitors, following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities, managing shipments leaving the US, and vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
