Location: City of Syracuse
Byrne Dairy is seeking a Quality Field Technician for the Dewitt plant, mid-shift. You will collect samples from raw milk to finished dairy products and conduct microbiological, chemical, and sensory testing to ensure quality compliance.
You will monitor critical control points, verify equipment calibration, and document deviations. The role requires basic dairy/food manufacturing experience and familiarity with HACCP and FDA/USDA regulations.
