ATL is seeking Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Pavement Technicians to perform sampling, testing, and inspection of asphalt materials used in roadway and infrastructure projects throughout New York State. As a Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Pavement Technician, you will have the opportunity for professional growth and advancement with competitive pay.

- Basic math and good communication skills
- Possession of a valid New York State driver's license
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- NETTCP and/or NYSDOT DTI Certification
- Quality control monitoring of HMA placement
- Perform sampling, testing and monitoring of HMA materials
- Follow safety standards and procedures
- Prepare accurate test and inspection reports using electronic report templates
- Effectively communicate with clients and other project stakeholders
