Job Summary
SUNY Upstate Research Foundation is seeking a Research Associate to support research efforts in the Department of Urology.
Key Responsibilities- Routine laboratory maintenance including purchasing of supplies and reagent preparation.
- Independently perform tissue culture, microscopy, DNA, RNA, and protein analysis by western blotting, PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and small and large animal research including surgery.
- Support clinical trials through record keeping and specimen processing.
- Assist with data analysis and report preparation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Biological Science, Chemical Science or related field required.
- Previous laboratory experience strongly preferred.
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary RangeUSD 43,000 - 48,000, DOE
