About This Role
The Clinical Research Nurse will follow protocols for the preparation and administration of investigational products, monitor research subjects, and assist in coordinating clinical trials. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse with a strong clinical background and interest in research.
HighlightsPay: $70,000 - $85,000
Location: Syracuse, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm; occasional evenings and weekends
What You'll Do- Follow protocols for reconstitution/preparation of investigational products
- Administer products to research subjects
- Monitor subjects for reactions and record vitals
- Take EKGs and draw blood for research samples
- Record study data in various systems or charts
- Prepare sample collection kits and subject charts
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Coordinate at least 1 clinical trial or assist the Research Coordinator team
Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
- Prior clinical research experience preferred
Licenses &
Certifications:
- New York State licensed Registered Nurse
