SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking a motivated Senior Research Support Specialist to join Dr. Marie Bechler's NIH-funded research team. You'll support impactful biomedical research focused on myelin sheath formation in the CNS, engage in experimentation, data collection, and analysis, and facilitate lab operations.
The ideal candidate should have a BS in Biology or a related field and experience in a wet lab. The position requires working days Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours.
Salary range is $35,568 to $50,000.
