Job Summary
The successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain an innovative, externally funded research program; contribute to graduate and medical education; mentor trainees; and participate in departmental and institutional service. Research areas of interest include vertebrate development, stem cell differentiation, organogenesis, iPSC‑derived disease models, organoids, tissue patterning, live imaging, spatial or single‑cell approaches, mechanobiology, and developmental signaling.
Minimum QualificationsCandidates must hold a PhD, MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent degree and have relevant postdoctoral or independent research experience.
Preferred QualificationsCandidates must have a PhD or equivalent degree in cell or developmental biology or a related field and currently hold the rank of an assistant or associate professor or a comparable leadership position in private industry. Applicants should have established track records of funding and research productivity. Successful candidates are expected to develop and maintain a vigorous extramurally funded research program and participate in the education of medical and graduate students.
