Syracuse University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Theoretical Biophysics of Brain Organoids. The appointee will develop theoretical models linking neuronal activity with metabolic processes in sleep–wake transitions within brain organoids, as part of a broader physics-of-learning effort.
This on-campus position begins September 2026 for one year, with renewal possible. Collaborations include the J. M. Schwarz Theory Group and Professors Orly Reiner and Yaakov Nahmias.
