Prepare and cook food according to recipes quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist;
Inspects, selects and uses food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items;
Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up;
Prepare food for banquets as required following specifications of banquet event orders;
Work banquet food stations as scheduled by chef
