Sous Banquet Chef

If you love cooking at scale, thrive on organized chaos, and get a rush from executing flawless events, this role is for you. Sous Chef at SKY Armory, you’ll be the right hand to our Executive and Banquet Chefs—keeping the kitchen sharp, the team motivated, and the food firing flawlessly.

• Support the daily kitchen operations for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale celebrations
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation across every event
• Assist with prep, execution, and breakdown for high-volume service
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards

SKY Armory is a modern event venue in downtown Syracuse, NY, specializing in weddings, corporate events, and private parties with in-house catering and customizable packages. Food is such an important part to any gathering of people and at SKY Armory we want people to thoroughly enjoy the experience.
