As Executive Chef at SKY Armory, you’ll lead a high-energy banquet kitchen where execution matters, teams matter, and food is a key part of unforgettable events. From weddings and galas to corporate celebrations, you’ll set the culinary vision and then roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

• Own the culinary execution for all events—from menu creation to final plate
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a fast-moving banquet kitchen team
• Oversee high-volume service while maintaining quality, timing, and consistency
• Collaborate with sales and events teams to create standout guest experiences
• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and kitchen systems with confidence
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence

• Proven leadership experience in banquets, catering, hotels, or event-driven kitchens
• Strong organizational skills and calm command during service
• A balance of creativity and operational discipline

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
