Restaurant Manager

Tailwater Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently hiring for a Restaurant Manager.

The Restaurant Manager is a full‑time position that over‑sees the Restaurant, its staff, and additional F&B venues within the hotel.

• Passion for culinary excellence and guest service
• Must be able to work well independently, as well with other Managers
• Commitment to exceed guest expectations
• Strong attention to detail and a customer first approach. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Ensure operational standards are consistently met
• Staff Development:
  Train, coach, and mentor employees in order to help them achieve success in their position
• Administrative Duties to include:
  Scheduling and payroll
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

This is a hands‑on leadership role that includes regularly working floor shifts alongside the team

• Minimum of two years Food & Beverage Management Experience
• Must have previous Serving and Bartending Experience
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills
• Must have a positive attitude at all times.
• Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and On‑Call.
• Experience with Simphony and Open Table operating systems are a Plus
