Water Street Bagel Co. is looking for a strong, reliable Grill Cook to join our team. We are a high-volume, wood-fired artisan bagel shop known for quality, speed, and consistency. This is not a "stand around and flip eggs" job. This is a fast-paced position where precision, urgency, and teamwork matter. • Running the grill station during busy breakfast and lunch service
• Cooking eggs, meats, and hot sandwiches with speed and consistency
• Managing multiple tickets at once without sacrificing quality
• Communicating clearly with expo and the hot line
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized at all times
• Supporting the team wherever needed during rushes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong sense of urgency
• Reliable and on time - always
• Quick learner who takes feedback well
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working weekends and early mornings - this is required.
• Previous line or grill experience required

• Early mornings required (6:30 AM start to 3 PM-ish finish)
• We are always closed Mondays – weekday and weekend availability required
