Pay Range: $19.157–$21.286 per hour

Hours: (All days and hours subject to change). Hours are based on Operational Events at the Dome. Various hours, days and weekends.

Job Description

Follow instructions to perform a variety of duties in a dining hall or related facility.

Education and Experience

The ability to read, write, and follow instructions; record temperatures on dish machines, freezers, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Load and operate a dishwashing machine.
  • Remove and store washed dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
  • Wash pots, pans and cooking utensils.
  • Mop floors, wash walls, windows, cabinets, shelves, equipment, etc., including locker room and bathroom areas.
  • Clear and clean tables and dispose of trash and garbage.
  • Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.
  • May move materials into and out of storage area.
  • May fill milk and beverage dispensers and replenish as needed.
