Retail & Store Manager, Customer Service Rep

- Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
- Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
- Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions and solutions to complete their meals
- Manage performance and develop employees; provide resources, training, feedback and development opportunities
- Work involves exposure to and work in below freezing temperatures
- 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters

Work EnvironmentWork Environment:
The physical demands of this work are classified as medium. Work includes walking, standing for up to 4 hours without a break, frequent heavy lifting, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, and reaching, including reaching and lifting above shoulder height, along with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers. The average weight range of items lifted is 8 – 32 pounds with a maximum weight lifted of 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.
Upper extremity repetition is moderate and trunk movement involves moderate twisting, bending, and pivoting. May be exposed to various allergens (things that may cause an allergic reaction). The work environment is indoors with exposure to freezing (-20 degrees – 20 degrees) temperatures. Basic tools and equipment used include box cutter, hand/power jack, compactor, baler, and u-cart.
- Managerial/supervisory experience living our values and achieving results in our 5 measures
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a food service industry, grocery or retail setting
- Related work experience
- Experience coordinating daily work of others
- Experience ordering products and controlling inventory
