Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, standing at the front lines in our mission to provide world‑class service to our customers. You'll greet and assist customers, maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor, and support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations. Associates may be assigned to any of:
Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Ring up sales at registers and/or bag customer merchandise.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
