Position Summary
We are seeking bud tenders/Delivery Drivers. While cannabis product knowledge is preferred, a willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are highly valued.

Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales experience
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory
- Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions
- Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty
- Conduct deliveries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring orders are accurate and handled with care
About You
- Minimum 21+ years of age
- Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Want to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills
- A minimum of an associate's degree is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
