Brand Ambassador- Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

- Assist in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external partners.
- Create a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentors the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term relationships.
- Provide HR and conflict‑resolution support to the team and district in the absence of leadership.
- Champion company resources to support a healthy work environment for all team members.
- 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

$16.00–$24.75 per hour. Tapestry will comply with minimum wage requirements and any other applicable pay laws based on city, county, and state regulations.
