The Part-Time Roboshop Replenishment Associate at Destiny USA Mall is a temporary, on-site role based in Syracuse, NY. This position is responsible for restocking and organizing products in automated retail machines, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and ensuring displays are clean, safe, and ready for customers. Daily tasks include receiving and verifying shipments, preparing products for placement, performing routine machine checks, and reporting any technical or stock issues to the appropriate team members.

The associate will follow retail loss prevention practices, adhere to safety and operational procedures, and occasionally assist customers or mall staff with basic questions about the Roboshop units. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

• Ability to perform Shipping & Receiving tasks, including unpacking, verifying, and organizing stock.
• Experience with Inventory Control, such as counting, tracking, and reconciling product levels.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help protect products and equipment.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Comfort with basic technology and willingness to learn automated retail systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods, following safety guidelines.
• Prior retail, warehouse, or vending experience is helpful but not required.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
