Location: City of Syracuse
Sales Associate (Brick Specialist)
Destiny USA, Syracuse, NY – Part‑time position (up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day).
Responsibilities- Provide a signature guest experience: greet every guest, perform all cash register functions, and portray a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80%).
- Maintain a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
- Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently: assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to brand standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to management.
- Use promotional materials and loyalty programs to enhance guest engagement.
- Effectively communicate with team members and guests.
- Process information/merchandise through the register system.
- Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business requires.
- Access all areas of the store (sales floor, stock areas, register areas, loading dock).
- Physical requirements:
constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or climb ladders; lifting at least 30 lbs.; vision abilities include close vision and depth perception. - Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and spanning at least three days.
Hourly wage range: $17.25 – $18.25. Benefits include:
