Spend the majority of time on the selling floor coaching and modeling Wow customer service;
Train and oversee the daily work activity of team members in one or more departments;
Enforce loss prevention procedures and ensure area of responsibility is merchandise and operationally sound;
Assist in daily operation of the store in partnership with management and act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the manager;
Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments as needed
