As a Specialist – Apparel, you will combine product expertise, merchandise expertise, and strong service to drive results in a welcoming, athlete‑first store environment.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs and actively drive sales through product and services recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject‑matter expert, focusing on best practices, sales skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset, ensuring products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (e.g., customer loyalty program, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Create a store environment where teammates, athletes, and all customers feel welcome and respected.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws and guidelines of external governing entities.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.

Targeted Pay Range: $19.00 – $27.00 per hour (actual rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered).
