Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at DestinyUSA in Syracuse,NY and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a part‑time basis.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing all cash register functions, and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times.
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations and notify management of potential shortages.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager.
• Engage customers using promotional materials, loyalty programs and other interactive experiences.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.

• Constantly moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders.
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Involves lifting at least 30lbs.

• Provide availability for up to 25hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Availability must span at least three days.
• Being scheduled for 25hours is not required.

The hourly wage for the position ranges from $17.25 to $18.25 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organizational constraints. Compensation details, including benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
