The Financial Analyst, Performance Partnership is responsible for supporting the entire Performance Partnership program lifecycle identifying, measuring, and sustaining performance improvement against guaranteed outcome contracts. This position reports to the Director of Operations and Finance and is part of the Danaher Solutions Group and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Analyze and reconstruct customer financial statements, related to units of service and resources to identify opportunities during assessment.
Provide monthly/quarterly reporting on KPI identifying material variances and connecting program intervention with performance improvement.
Maintain and enhance benchmarking capabilities around KPI's with the ability to identify peer groups.
Assist customers on developing financial pro formas to justify capital/resource investment to support growth and/or cost improvement.
Develop/support internal activity-based costing to manage resource allocation and track performance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field with 7+ years of experience in healthcare finance.
