Assistant Store Manager

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Sales to lead daily sales floor operations, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional athlete-focused experience. You will coach and develop sales associates, manage merchandising and in-store presentations, and ensure execution of promotions and product launches. Partnering closely with store and department leaders, you'll analyze sales data, optimize staffing, and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales associates to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated customer issues

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of sales staff
• Create and manage sales floor schedules to meet traffic and service needs
