Bench Store Manager

Price Chopper -  - Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of the store operation to ensure achievement of the annual Store Profit Plan and budgeted expense levels;
Oversee all Department Managers within the store by ensuring that financial and merchandising objectives are being achieved;
Occasionally assist with actual store operation activities (e.g., stock shelves, run office, unload trucks and assist customers);
Ensure stock levels and overall store conditions are maintained per company standards;
Develop and train associates to support staffing growth and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
