Sales Management Trainee

• Support in-store sales and customer interactions
• Learn product knowledge, sales processes, and compliance standards
• Assist with daily goal tracking and team coordination
• Observe and support onboarding of new team members
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, not required

• $18-$22 Hourly base pay with performance incentives
