Sales Consultant - New Business

About the role

Are you ready to make your next career move and manage your own local territory as a New Business Sales Consultant for KONE in the Syracuse, NY area? This position will cover both Rochester and Syracuse, NY. Build and develop professional customer relations through excellent customer service and sell innovative technology solutions.

• Proactively build relationships with architects, general contractors, and developers to ensure KONE solutions meet customers’ needs and create value throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Design complex technology solutions utilizing KONE’s industry‑leading support system to ensure sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with the operations team regarding ideal project categorization and site‑readiness expectations for customers.

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or an additional 4+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn solution selling methodology (e.g., Sandler) and technology tools such as CRM.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders.

The hiring range for this role is $81,200.00 - $. Compensation may vary based on candidate qualifications, experience, and business strategy. A sales incentive is based on achievements of sales targets.
