Overview

Responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.

Responsibilities
  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Have deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.

  • Efficiently manages time and capacity.
  • Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of the industry, products and solutions.
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Shift and Hours

1st shift. 40 hours per week.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $26.77. Pay is determined based on experience, education and skill set.
