Inside Sales Representative (Full-Time)

Syracuse, NY (In-Office Role)

Monday–Friday | 9AM – 5:30PM or 10:30AM - 7:00PM + every other Saturday (9AM-2PM)

• Engage inbound and outbound leads to schedule qualified sales appointments
• Represent Renewal by Andersen with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Hit and exceed daily and weekly goals to unlock bonuses
• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and performance
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to sharpen your skills

$17/hour base pay + Uncapped Bonuses

Average team members earn $1,000+ in monthly bonuses, with top performers earning much more!

• A positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new tools
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Motivated by growth, competition, and earning potential
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ Years' prior experience working in a call center or inside sales preferred
