Sales Manager

We're partnering with a growing Landscape Construction company in the Syracuse market on a search for a Design-Build Sales Consultant. The opportunity is a place at the table as decisions are made with this team that is exploding with growth.

This role owns the entire client journey.

• Residential and commercial design-build sales
• Full estimating responsibility across hardscape, outdoor living, drainage, retaining walls, and planting
• Proposal development, presentation, and closing
• Project handoff and coordination with operations
• Pipeline management and business development

• Profitable projects closed consistently
• Proposals delivered fast and accurately
• Strong gross margins protected through disciplined estimating
• Clients who come back and refer their neighbors
• Operations team that can execute because the handoff was clean

• Proven background in landscape construction, design-build, hardscape, or outdoor living sales
• Real estimating experience on construction projects
• Someone who can confidently talk budgets, options, and value with homeowners and commercial clients alike
• Highly organized, strong follow-through, and relationship-driven
• Existing network in the Central New York market is a serious plus
