Location: City of Syracuse

New Business Sales Consultant (Syracuse, NY)

We are looking for a motivated professional to manage our local territory covering Rochester and Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with architects, general contractors, and developers to ensure KONE solutions meet customer needs.
  • Design complex technology solutions using KONE’s support system to foster sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with operations to confirm project categorization and site readiness.
Desired Skills & Qualities
  • Strong customer relationship building and service orientation.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and selling innovative technological solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn solution‑selling methodology such as Sandler.
  • Team‑player willing to collaborate across the organization.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years).
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $81,200 – $106,575. Additional KONE sales incentives based on achievement of sales targets.
