Business Development Manager - Estimating - Commercial Construction

We are conducting an exclusive search for a Business Development / Estimating professional to join a growing specialty construction contractor with over 25 years of success in the Syracuse market.

This unique role combines business development, vendor relations, project tracking, and estimating within a niche construction environment focused on building envelope and acoustical solutions. While industry-specific experience is not required, we're seeking a motivated, analytical professional who enjoys building relationships, learning technical products, and wearing multiple hats.

• Identify and track project opportunities
• Build relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors
• Coordinate vendor pricing and quotations
• Assist with estimating, project pricing, and proposal preparation
• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in sales, estimating, construction, engineering, project management, procurement, manufacturing, or related fields is highly desirable
• Base salary: $90,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
