We are looking for a motivated business to business Sales Representative in the greater Syracuse area to connect with clients and offer voluntary benefits that provide employees with financial protection during life’s unexpected events. As a Sales Representative, you’ll build and nurture relationships with both new and existing businesses, positioning Colonial Voluntary Benefits as the preferred provider for voluntary benefits. • Conducting group meetings before enrollment sessions
• Providing enrollment solutions
• Building relationships and partnering with benefit counselors to complete enrollments

As a Sales Representative, you have the potential to earn commissions based on sales results, renewal income, and bonuses. You will have access to training and development.
