Sales Account Manager

Territory is the greater Syracuse, NY area.

This role is all about building strong relationships and helping customers find the right products to support and grow their business. You’ll manage a defined territory with a large existing customer base (300+ existing accounts), meeting with clients daily and acting as a trusted consultant. With access to 10,000+ products, you’ll help companies across industries identify solutions that make their operations run better.

You’ll deepen relationships with current accounts and provide excellent service that keeps customers coming back. Success in this role comes from being outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. This is a salary + bonus role.

• Manage and grow a dedicated sales territory with existing customers.
• Use a broad product offering to provide solutions to both enterprise and SMB
• Prospect for new business and develop fresh client relationships.
• Learn each customer’s needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Deliver top-tier customer service in every interaction.

• 3+ yrs experience in outside sales or account management.
• A clean, valid driving record.
• Strong ability to identify, qualify, and close business.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
