Location: City of Syracuse

We are looking for a strong B2B industrial Sales professional and preferably experienced in Corrugated Packaging, POP Displays and E-Commerce Products.

Job Details

Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $80,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in a specified territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Utilize cold calling and prospecting strategies to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client retention.
  • Utilize your hunter mentality to aggressively pursue sales targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for our products.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our engineering products and services.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely product displays, product samples, and information boxes.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure that client orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Qualifications
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the engineering industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
    • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
    • Proficiency in cold calling and prospecting techniques.
    • Experience in territory sales and business development.
    • Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, particularly in relation to engineering products.
