Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact; ensures that customers are greeted and acknowledged; offers customers assistance as needed or requested.;
Assists athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs.;
Demonstrates knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.;
Supports store services sales by educating the customer on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available.;
Promotes Company programs including Score Card loyalty, product warranty, private label credit card enrollment.
