We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within an established portfolio of engineered industrial components and motion solutions. This role combines business development, account management, and technical sales, focusing on expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities across industrial and manufacturing markets.

What You'll Do as a Territory Sales Manager:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, distributors, and OEM partners. You will identify opportunities to improve customer operations through engineered solutions while driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, customer service, marketing, and product management, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support business objectives.

Territory Sales Manager

Duties Include:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory growth objectives.
  • Manage and grow existing distributor, OEM, and end‑user relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Conduct customer visits and presentations to understand application requirements and recommend solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow‑up activities.
  • Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams on customized customer solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales, profitability, and market share goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to support business strategy.
  • Support product launches, promotional initiatives, and territory marketing efforts.
  • Participate in trade shows, customer events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to help guide future product development initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, OEM, engineered products, or related markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Experience developing territory plans and executing growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
