Regional Account Liaison - Bio Plus Specialty Pharmacy

This field‑based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as required, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. The role focuses on developing and executing the regional sales strategy to drive the adoption and utilization of Bio Plus Specialty Pharmacy for specialty medications, primarily in Oncology, Dermatology, Rheumatology, and Gastroenterology.

• Maintain sales effectiveness within the assigned territory through regular in‑person meetings and support for healthcare providers and staff.
• Utilize databases, Salesforce, and other tools to identify key accounts, document sales activity, and analyze performance metrics to maximize referral potential.
• Develop and foster account relationships, ensuring effective communication and exemplary customer service.
• Maintain and document a call cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, biologic coordinators, medical assistants, clinical teams, and pharmaceutical partners.
• Support specialty pharmacy activity, including providing educational resources and reimbursement processes.
• Partner with the leadership team to formulate and execute business objectives and communicate all information about competitors, issues, and business threats.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, conferences, training programs, conventions, and engage in necessary travel within the designated region.

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
• Pursue candidates that reside within the territory and are willing to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Experience in the core therapies of Oncology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, and/or Rheumatology, highly preferred.
• Strong willingness to travel.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $95,040 - $142,560.
