We are looking for a motivated Junior Leasing Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional interested in commercial real estate, leasing, sales, or business development to learn the industry directly from experienced leasing executives.

This position is specifically designed as a development role, with the opportunity to progress into a full Leasing Representative position within approximately 6–12 months based on performance.

As a Junior Leasing Representative, you will work alongside experienced leasing professionals while learning the full lifecycle of retail real estate leasing—from identifying prospective tenants through financial analysis, negotiation, and deal execution.

• Prospect for new local and regional tenants through cold calling, email, social media, networking, and in-person outreach
• Build relationships with prospective tenants and business owners
• Maintain prospecting and tenant activity within the company CRM
• Assist with preparation and drafting of Letters of Intent (LOIs)
• Support lease renewals, modifications, and terminations
• Conduct financial analysis of prospective and existing tenants
  
  Help develop leasing strategies for retail properties
• Assist with creation of leasing and marketing materials
• Research markets, retailers, and potential tenant opportunities
• Support Leasing Representatives throughout the deal process
• Prepare presentations and leasing updates for executive management

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong interest in commercial real estate, leasing, sales, or business development
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating new business relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and related business applications
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Coachable and eager to develop professionally

• Internship or early-career experience in commercial real estate, leasing, sales, marketing, or business development
• Previous experience working with CRM software
