- Deliver business solutions that support Verizon’s technology evolution and help businesses connect
- Consult with customers to identify business challenges and recommend tailored solutions
- Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts
- Identify, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory
- Drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and social selling
- Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets
- Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base
- Coordinate with support partners to educate customers about business solutions
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Present and create multi-product solution opportunities
- Demonstrate and position wireless, mobility, Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platform solutions
- Track and report progress using sales force automation tools
- Travel within the assigned wireless sales territory, including customer and field locations, with expected travel up to approximately 50%
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation
- Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel within the assigned geographic sales territory
- Expected travel up to approximately 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
- Sales experience and strong customer relations skills
- Experience with business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling
- Technology sales experience, including SaaS sales, CRM, Salesforce, or other client management tools
- Strong presentation skills in face-to-face and virtual environments
- Experience building and maintaining business relationships with client organizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to implement feedback and tailor approach for success
Demonstrates expertise in technology sales, including SaaS and CRM solutions, while effectively managing customer relationships and driving business growth through strategic prospecting and lead generation. Proven ability to present multi-product solutions and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
