Bill Rapp GMC is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership. If you enjoy building relationships, helping customers find the right vehicle, and working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact to delivery

Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Stay knowledgeable about GMC vehicles, features, and promotions

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Provide a positive, professional dealership experience

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-service driven mindset

Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)
Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Valid driver’s license
