Sales Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Set sales strategy and vision supporting company’s growth plan and objectives
• Coach, guide and develop sales and customer support team
• Modernizing sales processes, tools, and systems
• Analyze data, identifies trends and key opportunities, develops forecasting
• Manage and grow distributor network in the US and Canada

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Sales Leadership experience on a national level
• Experience in manufacturing and/or working with a dealer network
• Proven track record in creating sales strategy resulting in growth
• Collaborative and coaching leadership style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel roughly 25% on a national basis
