Description

What You’ll Do

• Meet with customers to understand their flooring needs, style, project, budget, and timeline.
• Consult, recommend, and sell the right flooring products and solutions.
• Own the customer experience from the initial conversation through the sale and follow-up.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities and actively follow up to close business.
• Ask for the sale and confidently overcome objections.
• Develop relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and new opportunities.
• Use product knowledge and sales tools to create solutions—not simply quote prices.
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and other performance goals.
• Maintain an organized and compelling showroom that helps customers visualize their projects.
• Process sales and orders accurately and ensure customers receive what they purchased.
• Support inventory and day-to-day store operations when needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
