Job Description
Big I New York is looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and strategic relationship builder to drive membership growth, engagement, retention, sponsorship revenue, and strategic partnerships.
This is a role for someone who creates opportunities rather than waits for them. You're comfortable making the call, opening the door, working the room, asking for the business, and staying persistent when the first approach doesn't work. At the same time, you understand that sustainable growth is built on trusted relationships-listening, asking great questions, understanding business needs, and connecting people with meaningful value.
You'll combine those relationship and sales skills with strong business instincts, CRM data, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and turn them into action.
For more than 125 years, Big I New York has championed independent insurance agencies across New York State through advocacy, education, resources, connections, and support. In this role, you'll help expand our reach and deepen the value we provide to agencies and industry partners.
