Sales Leadership Development Program Associate

Legrand has an exciting new opportunity for entry level professionals to participate in our Sales Leadership Development Program
. Learn and develop as a Sales professional by rotating through Marketing and Sales positions across our company within a 2-year period.

Associates will complete a 12-month rotation in a marketing role and a 12-month rotation in sales. These rotations will require relocation. The Marketing roles may include Product Management or Product Marketing. Sales positions may include Territory Sales or Account Management that will help you gain direct, customer-facing experience in key sales functions. Upon completion of the program, the associate will be assigned to an open role in Sales at any Legrand location.

The associate must be mobile to move to any location within the US.

Role start date is June 21, 2027.

Candidates must possess permanent US work authorization to be considered for this role. We will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

This entry-level opportunity provides hands‑on experience through two 12-month rotations in Marketing and Sales, helping you build business, customer, and leadership skills.
