Provide customer service to staff and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and assist with loss prevention support by observing for suspicious behavior and reporting potential theft indicators per site guidelines.;
Support closing and opening routines as assigned, including checking doors, monitoring parking areas, and coordinating with local public services when requested.
