Security Officer Patrol Representative

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to identify policy violations, assist with access-related concerns, and/or report maintenance or hazard issues to site management;
Support retail operations during opening, closing, and peak traffic periods by providing a visible presence, assisting visitors with directions, and/or following post orders for security-related incidents
